Scope:


The course aims to develop skills to communicate effectively in writing and in interpersonal communication, and to manage administrative systems of companies. It is good enough to provide knowledge about official procedures, process of corporate sector & their functioning to non-commerce graduates.

It has a balanced blend of both theoretical and practical studies, with activities like quiz, debates, case studies, group discussions and practical industrial training of any industrial concern.

Eligibility: A person holding a bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum of 40 per cent marks (five per cent marks are exempted for scheduled castes/scheduled tribes’ students) in qualifying examination is eligible for admission to this course.

Duration & Course Contents: The course of study, spread over one full year, has seven papers. Of these, six papers are devoted to basic course requiring classroom teaching; Seventh Paper contains viva-voce test and sessional work based on class performance and assignment, etc. Students are required also to undergo on-the-job training in different industries / organizations for one month. On completion of training, student is required to submit a project report.
